The body of SB50CNC-TSR is made through welding, the mechanical part through assembly; using imported hydraulic system and electronic control system.

The features of SB50CNC-TSR are listed:

1. Fully automatic and CNC tube bending machine;

2. Touch screen and human/machine interface control provide user friendly operations;

3. Feeding: servo motor equipped with the ball screw;

Rotation: servo motor drive with reducer.

(servo motors are all from Mitsubishi);

4. Bending: Servo motor bending with reducer;

5. Imported hydraulic system, electric system, servo motor and PLC unit;

6. Automatic lubrication system for moving areas;

7. Self-diagnostic system, detecting the error immediately;
